Hi Lee, I had this problem with my Revmaster and on the advice of one of
our oldest and most revered gurus, I ditched the Bosch and found a Subaru
starter in my local scrap yard,-cost about $35 in your money as I recall.
It has its own solenoid incorporated and is much better engineered(needle
bearings as opposed to p/bronze bush etc). You need to make a 1/4" ally
adapter plate,but the result is worth the effort. (Thanks Dan!)
