Hello everyone,
I have a nearly completed KR-1 that I have been working on for over a year
and a used VW 1835 that needs to be completely gone through. I went to one of
William Wynn's seminars and was sold on the corvair engine. At the time I just
figured that I would use a corvair engine when I started on my KR2S project
after I complete my current project. Now that I am getting ready to start on
the engine for my KR-1, I am wanting to use a corvair instead of using the VW
engine. I know that this will affect my CG some, but I am asking for ideas,
comments, or thoughts on hanging a corvair on the front of a KR-1. I am also
wondering if anyone else has ever tried to put a corvair engine on a KR-1 or is
in the process of doing so.
