80% Hmmm, the photos look like the work is clean, as did mine when I forked
over the money from the other side of the country, mine was advertised as
50% complete when I bought it, but after inspection, tear down, rebuilding
and a reality check, its now after adding another 600 plus hours to what was
already complete I would say 25% complete, but loving every minute,
