I would say look for another homebuilt. I am the same height, but 160 lbs and believe I am at the upper limit on pilot size. That is if I figure on the airplane carrying any gals or pals and some luggage.

I was thinking about the KR2 as a kit option, but was worried about the cockpit size for my frame. I'm 5'10" and 230lbs (working getting the weight down, but there's no guarantees :)). Does that immediately eliminate the KR2 as an option? My only flight hours so far are in a Cessna 150 (which a lot of people say is cramped too though I don't find it bad at all) so any comparisons to that would be great. Thanks.
