I agree with you about this and I work on a lot of "Certified Engines" and 
really don't see the advantage for what we are using it for.And just because 
it is designed by engineers don't make it all great...Sorry Mark L.If we all 
had certified engines alot of us would not be able to afford to have them 
worked on not to mention the rebuild cost.Just my opinion and it has been a 
couple of weeks since I stayed at a holiday inn express...
