I have found a lot for my dream home on an airpark and I am considering selling my 2S project. Since I have a 2 and have been wanting to build a four place I have been kind of sitting on the fence for a while anyway about selling it or finishing it. Now that I will have plenty to keep me busy for a while, more than enough room to build a four place, and I want to put as much down to build a house as I can I am leaning towards the selling side again.
I have a completed boat, complete new airfoil spars with the center section lengthened to give me good sized flaps, and pretty much all the materials to complete the airframe. I also have the canopy, premolded top forward deck, premolded canopy frame, premolded cowl, rudder pedals, wing attach fittings, and enough foam to finish the plane. I also have Diehl gear legs and custom made aluminum upper attach fittings and lower 4130 steel brackets that give me about an extra 5" of ground clearance. I have not come up with an exact price yet, but it will probably be somewhere in the 4-5K range. I am doing most of the painting this weekend so it should be ready very soon now. It will be somewhere in the 18-22K range. Both are in Jacksonville, FL.
