my worst fears Hi Dan I'm glad to hear about the great progress on the engine runs. As for the fuel sender, mine (a capacitance type) is installed in the aft wall of my tank. It is up high, but is still below the fuel level when the tank is full. It has never leaked, in the 15 or so years since it was installed. Perhaps you can consider an installation like this.
