I think I have found the ultimate solution, stale cake or bread. It is rigid, light weight, low cost, easy to shape, and much better on the environment than urethane foam. Use rum cake and we will all be singing the I Lub Sandbling song. Now if I could just find an AS5048 cake pan and a real big oven
