Lift the tail so the plane is around level, put a board under each main wing stub spar with a jack under the boards, and jack away. To make it safer, use a short strong saw horse and lower the wing onto the saw horse under each wing and remove the jacks until finished. With the engine on, it may want to tilt forward, unless the outboard wings are still on. So, if that is not the case, be sure to anchor the tail with some kind of weight. Now you can do both wheels before you have to mess with it again.
