Hi Netters, Brian Kraut asked is there any advantage to using roving(fiberglass string) over unidirectional fiberglass cloth in the building of the gear leg. My only thought on this is that the roving method keeps all of the string straight and tight. If you can keep the fibers straight and tight using the cloth then do it.
