This is how I make wing gap covers for a KR. I made them like this for the Little Beast and they came out so well that I decided to do it again and this time had some help and a different way to secure them to the wings while they were finishing the curing process.
Jerry and I spent the entire day at the airport and got this done as well as building a long workbench in our new hangar. I wish I had waited to make the covers until after we made this bench, because the end result would have been better. In case anyone out there is building a KR, this is for you. http://krbuilder.org/WingGapCovers/index.html See N64KR at http://KRBuilder.org - Then click on the pics See you in Mt. Vernon - 2006 - KR Gathering There is a time for building and a time for FLYING and the time for building is over. Daniel R. Heath - Lexington, SC
