I'm not sure what an EFI is, but I'm not sure you need a heater on your O2 
sensor.  I'd just buy the cheapo $30 "two wire" version that has no heater. 
The one you bought will probably work fine, but costs more.  It's designed 
to be mounted further downstream so requires a heater for quicker warmup.  I 
don't know how much current the heater draws, but I wouldn't want it running 
through my igntion switch, as you'd want that switch to be under utilized, 
not taxed to the limit.  I'd leave the heater disconnected, myself.
