Sorry, wrong guy, but someone did respond so I am all set. Regarding the tail end inspection hole you mention in your last KR post,...very important!! Working from a grass field I had the tail wheel spring mounting bolts (3/16 as called for on plans) break so replaced them with 1/4 bolts. As I am a musical instrument maker, I used my tiny key hole saw that I use for cutting the "f" holes in the top of violins.
