No, when you use a tube around the exhaust, and a spring wound in between the tube and the exhaust, how exactly do you clamp it so that id doesn't move when the engine is running. For a spring, I will use stainless steel scrubs (sold in France in any convenience store, that are use to scrub pots and pans), and pack them inside the box before I close it.
