Hello All, After seeing a number of posts berating RR (again), I thought I would give her a call. I received a phone call back this morning from Jeannette. She had been out of town for over a week due to a family emergency and just got back. She was busy catching up on orders/inquiries, to include the 2 from South Africa.
Just so everyone knows, she is in the office from about 9:30 AM to 2 PM daily Pacific Time. She does take her grand kids to school and picks them up daily so is gone intermittently during those hours. I don't think I have ever had a problem contacting RR or had not received a call back. As far as ordering plans, she said the prices are on the net. (I have not verified this) If one cannot speak with her directly but sends the amount indicated, a set of plans will be sent out.
