It is made by International Paint Inc in Union, NJ. It is their "Interlux #4359 White". It is a marine topside paint they call "Brightside" and it is a Polyurethane single part enamel. The finish has a really deep shine!!! I bought it at West Marine for $99.00 per gallon.
