David, I can't answer your question, but I have lived and flown in Phoenix and I cannot imagine why anyone would leave a perfectly good airplane on the ramp there after sunrise in June, July or August. I know they do, but no one is going to fly much after 0700 because it is just too d*mned hot! The plane won't get out of ground effect! Put it inside and wait for flying weather (Sept - April). Frank
