Three options:
1. Go with the smaller tank. I think that's what Marty Roberts did.
2. Use your 6 quart tank "mount section" and cut / reshape or
build a new shape tank that will fit the cowl or:
3. Leave the tank as is (that's what I did) and cut out the bottom
of the cowl so it fits and then close the cowl back up with
a new shape.
There may be other solutions but none come to mind with only
a half cup of coffee.
