Did you see the post I made on this just 7 days ago? It is amazing what can be
found in the KR Search Index at http://www.maddyhome.com/krsrch/index.jsp
Anyway, for your convenience, here is the link to my post on the parts

Subject: KR> Aileron Push Rods

REF. Dwg. #s 58, 59, 60, 61, 62 & 63

KR Netters:

I am ordering parts for these and really all the plans give really is
pictoral evidence of wha is req'd.

Whad I see is sherical rod ends attached with AN3 bolts to the bell
crank with 1/4-20 female thrds for a rod connection. Then I see a
1/4-20 thrd end with a lock nut on one end & a male nonthreaded end that
is inserted in the end of a tube with no indication as to how it is
secured to the tube of unknown diameter, ID & OD, and material
specification. I would like to know what all the pieces are!--- Nuts,
Bolts, Washers, Grip of bolts Rod ends etc to compare with my list
before I order.

Ref Dwg. #78:

The same holds true here for aileron end rod parts:

The dwg shows a sperical bearing rod end attached it appears with an AN3
bolt of unspecified length and grip thru (3) washers, the bearing &
controll horn. A guess is that the rod end is 1/4-20 with a lock nut on
the end of a thrd'd rod. The other end, however, from bell crank end
drawing show clearly a tube. What kind of tyransition happens between
the rod & the tube between the rod and the tube. I can see how the
tube construction at the bell crank end is a stronger construction and
could make the change either way but I need to order the parts. I would
appreciate a good description of parts here as well.
