My hanger mate Robert Pyra died today in the crash of C-FAFY. I do not know exactly what caused the crash as I was in our hanger working on my aircraft. He was performing some high speed passes for a friend to video, on his last pass he crashed about one km from the runway threshold. He will be missed by his friends and family.
