Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me if they know of a main gear leg kit (Tailwheel type) that has been approved by the UK PFA?
Myself and another chap have resurrected a KR2 build project which was originally going to have retractable gear. Due to the CAA's stance on this, we now have to have fixed gear but we are having trouble finding what landing gear set ups have been approved. We have asked the PFA direct but they are under 'considerable strain' at the moment and have not responded to any of our requests. We do have the option of using a Jabiru gear set up but this is not approved and getting approval could take years at the current rate! Any help or information anyone can give would be gratefully recived. Thanks Simon Hazeldine
