Although that's a great jump start on weight loose, it's not good for your 
body to loose too much too fast, you'll probably gain it right back if your 
not very careful. Watching portion size and eating regularly will keep you 
from hitting a weight loose plateau were your body starts fighting back to 
maintain weight because it thinks your starving yourself. (I know of what I 
speak) Slow and steady weight loss is proven to work best in the long run. 
Weight loss is easy if your determined to do it, It's keeping it off that's 
hard.
