The very first flight I got in a KR was Marty's down at Mt. Vernon two years
ago. I have not flown in another KR since except mine. When Marty and I were
at altitude, he motioned for me to take the stick. I was very conscious to
all the PIO hoopla that everyone so fears, so I very gently took the stick
and flew the plane. Not once did I induce PIO. I just felt the plane and
flew it. It was the most fun I had had in a plane in quite some time. If you
fly with gentle hands, the KR will reward you with nothing but pure fun. I
had absolutely no reservations when it was time to make my first flight in
my KR. Away I went and never had any handling characteristic problems.
