The file at http://www.kr-2.aviation-mechanics.com/krinfo.htm may give you some ideas on prop selection, but keep in mind that one manufacturer's pitch maybe radically different from another. I have a Sensenich 54x54 that I can turn about 200 rpm faster than my 52x60 Sterba, which is backwards from what you'd expect. That's with a 110 hp Corvair. Also keep in mind that you may not want to select a "final prop" until after you have wheel pants and are finished with other such aerodynamic details, as they will make a difference in prop selection. I'd be tempted to borrow one if possible to give you a clue as to what you need or don't need. And of course somebody with a 100 hp Type 4 in a KR2 would be invaluable to get some advice from...
