It is nearly Friday so I am posting an update. EAA is working to try and get the city council to change the ordinance. They have so far been unsuccessfull in getting the city councilman on the phone and have only spoke to his assistant. They tell me that when national orginazations with 170,000 members start calling that local officials tend to hide or get real agreeable.
I had a reporter from the local paper interview me at our last EAA chapter meeting. We were able to give he a lot of good information. She also interviewed the councilman that sponsored the ordinance a few days ago. Funny wo they talk to and who they don't. The article should be in the paper Monday.
