Mark, You are absolutely correct. It is your sandbox and you can do as you wish. You can choose to let people play or send them home whenever you see fit.
Frankly, there is enough discipline in my life...family, work etc.. I have always considered the internet a place to relax, read the news, research how to build a telescope...you know...learn stuff. Maybe I have a character flaw or something...but I just can't see where any of the internet rules make any difference. IF I TYPE IN ALL CAPS is your day any different? If I post at the top instead of the bottom is your day any different? If I forget to delete enough of the thread is your day any different? I am going to guess not...neither is mine. Yet, for some reason these things always rise to the level of discussion in these types of forums. It just makes no sense to me. Sure, searching through the archive may cause more posts than necessary to come up big deal it easy to pick through I know, because I have done it. Since my light hearted (undisciplined) approach to the internet is inconsistent with the rules of this list, I wish you, your plane and your forum good luck and bid you farewell.
