My plane was built from scratch to flying status with day VFR only instruments and handheld radio in 3 years, by a man in OK. I could have completed Class B mods in one month if I stayed with it steady, but it was one year later, along with Day and Night VFR mods.
I believe Bill Clapp's site states something on the order of 8 to 9 months from boat stage with spars to flying. Colin Rainey [email protected]
