I had something like that for my C-170B back in the 70's; I think I got it from 
Univair.  It was a simple "C" shape which slipped around the gear leg and it 
had a small "L" shaped piece welded to the bottom and cut at an angle, point 
down, to engage the depression in the top of the bottle jack.  I had glued an 
old piece of inner tube to the inside to protect the paint.
