This isn't a KR subject but, Every piece of prime rib I ever got was like shoe leather and I gave up on steak too. I've never gotten but one good steak in my whole life, I could cut it with my fork but I cannot remember where I got it at. So I just order chicken, it's hard to screw up chicken.
