The trailer I borrowed to haul my plane home is now back in southern Illinois with it's owner. The trip was a safe one and I logged 17 hours and 976 miles on the Durango. Too bad that trip was in a car, I could have done it in 7 hours in my KR. Thanks to all of you who called me today and also to those of you who left me messages. The reason I did not answer your call if you were one of those who left a message was because I was talking to someone else. All those conversations I had today really helped pass the time and kept me alert. Good to be home and have that trailer back at it's home. Now I can get back to my plane and get her back in the air.
