As the owner of an aircraft certified in the Experimental category, you are authorized to do any / all maintenance and repair. If you are not the builder of the aircraft and , as such, hold a mechanics license for that aircraft, then you must have someone holding at least an A&P rating do the annual condition inspection. Make sure you enter all maintenance and repair in the aircraft and/or engine log as appropriate. I'm not sure which section of the FAR's you would find this in but I'm sure someone will jump in with that info. Larry Flesner
