That is, each wing is about 16 inches longer than normal if most builders have added at least 6 inches to a normal wing tip. Of course that is 32 inches over all for both wings. Original plans wings main spar tip to opposite main spar tip is 20'2" approximately, 6" tips added to each would be 21'2". The Diehl wings would make the span 23'10". Larry H.
