And if you'll research the archives, you'll find that it's been said here 
before that extruded polystyrene foam board (Owens Corning pink or Dow blue) 
will begin to lose its dimensional stability at about 165F.  You're liable 
to see bubbles, warping of formerly smooth surfaces, humps, dips, and other 
things.  Another good reason to use urethane foam or stick with strictly 
white finish on your composite airplane.

I must confess that I built my "KR Construction Trainer" using Owens-Corning 
pink foam board with the exception of the wet-wing fuel tanks (urethane foam 
with vinylester epoxy, but not yet constructed).
