Hi Randy; I think this might get to you to late to be of any use but here goes. You put the peel ply on top of the glass cloth and let it soak up the access epoxy and squeegee off the access epoxy then after it sets up, peel it off just before you do your next layers. Now, normaly you would do all of your layers at once and finish off with peel ply on top. Then you can do any nessasary sanding and finishing. I hope this gets to you in time.
