Vegemite is a spread used on toast or in a sandwich. It is made from a
concentrated yeast extract which comes from left over brewers yeast. I am
told it is an acquired taste but every Australian child is raised on it.
Quite strong in flavor, it should never be tasted for the first time
straight off a spoon. Do not fall for this trick.....you will hate it
forever. Extremely high in vitamin B, it is a well known hangover cure much
like Berocca.
Give it a go if you have the opportunity. Just remember that a very little
amount goes a long way on toast with lots of butter.

mmmmmmmmmmm
