Bobby I forgot to install tie downs when I glassed my wings so I made some
from 1" X1/8" steel flats that fit on the wing attach bolts. They are long
enough that they go over the top and bottom main attach bolts and hang out
the bottom about 1-1/2". I had to put them in a vice and twist them a 1/4
turn so they wouldn't be catching air.

wings. I would like to install tie downs somewhere in the outer wing
sections and I have found and read about a half dozen entries on the KRnet
about doing this, but most didn't sound to reasonable and kinda sketchy
about how they were done. So if there is anyone who has done this in a way
that works well and looks good and won't slow down the plane I shure would
like to know how you made em.
