I found the newsletter Aug 83 pge 2, Q & A
Q, What should the wings & tail weigh.
A, My wings were 28lbs with ailerons installed & without balance weights.
Rudder was 3lbs, Horiz Stab 7 lbs, Elevator 5lbs.
