Well, other than it being illegal...
If you want a finished KR, buy one already built and flying, or find a
certified airplane like a Mooney/Cirrus that is relatively fast.
Glasairs and Van's RVs are also good choices. Plenty of all of the
above on Ebay, Barnstormers, Trade-A-Plane, etc.
