Peter, Take care not to spill any fuel on the styrofoam; gasoline will dissolve styrofoam. Vinyl ester resin will also dissolve styrofoam. Epoxy is ok for styrofoam. Urethane foam is compatible with gasoline. If you are going to make composite fuel tanks, suggest you use urethane foam and vinyl ester resin for the glass work.
