Mark, If you can get any further info from him such as manufacturer, model and serial numbers off the carb casting I may be able to source the parts for him. The pictures and measurements do little good since all the parts catalogs are listed by make and model. I know you said it was a HAPI carb, but I doubt they built it. I will be glad to help if I can.
