We have successfully had these rip off artists removed from eBay before. I was even able to have a Russian web site put out of business but only because they used a US company to process their financial transactions. I notified the US clearance house and quickly had their means of income severed. The company was added to a list of known "thieves" which all processing houses in the west check before offering their services.
Earlier today I notified Sebastian Heintz of Zenith. eBay has a complaints section specifically for copyright owners and I gave him the direct link. Sebastian has already replied with thanks.
