Here are two 4-inch fiberglass tubes I made using 4" PVC pipe as molds.  I 
did not use any squeeze technique, just wet lay-up with West System.  The 
tubes are just the right size for the SCAT ducting. These are now installed 
in the front of the cowl as part of the engine cooling ducts.

I have also seen it done inside a PVC tube with a bicycle inner tube
as a bladder to force the lay-up onto the inside surface
