minor problem, needed a smoke to calm himself down and hit the tree

This is a condemnation of someone with absolutely no evidence based only
on personal prejudice. What the persons personal habits were may or may
not have contributed to the accident but there is no evidence it did. I
am a bit tired of people and eventually the government telling me what I
cannot do in my own space be it my house, car or airplane. If he wanted
to smoke in his airplane then that is his choice to make.
