Been on the list for a while and have wanted to build a KR2S Trigear for a long time. I'm a student pilot and should get my Pilot License by the fall. Would the KR2S be a good choose for a first time Pilot? I'm sure I will have a lot of hours in the air before the plane is completed. I've read a lot of different views on how the airplane handles. I'm an Engineer so I don't believe I'll have too many problems building it. I have a Corvair engine that I'm rebuilding. I'm looking or a little guidance. I've also been reading about Scott Watts KR Super2. Any thoughts about his design.
