I bought mine through our local Tyres International dealer, they deal in big equipment and truck tires normally but I buy my pick up tires from them and asked the sales guy once about getting them and they ordered two with tubes and I spent 44.50 including tax at the time. and no shipping charges.
It' worth calling around, just don't let them know they are going on your airplane, a lot of folks shy away from you then.
