AS you may know I will be at Oshkosh 2010, on the ANZAC 747 landing at Wittman Field on the 26th July at approx. 1300.
I have some time a week or two if needed and would like some ideas of KR or aviation things to do or places to visit. I am just applying for my USA pilot licence, so I can fly around if I can sort something out. Any places you would recommend to hire a 152, 172, Jabiru, Sportstar etc? I know the US has heaps of museums, but what do think are the best places to visit? Or web pages to find info? I know that is most likely a silly question, but I have to give the ANZAC tour operators a date for my return flight, so I need to do some planning. ASAP. I'm really looking forward to placing some faces with the names I see on the net every day.
