Here is the list of parts,
I have KR2 (with the S supplement) plans and may be interested in some of these
but don't know realisitic values.We are a bit out of the way being in Winnipeg
but he may also be able to ship them.
KR2 Parts List Project
built 1984 More or less complete aircraft last flown approximately 5 yrs
ago.
Needs complete dismantle and total
rebuild check for mould inside as it has been stored outside and has extensive
mouse droppings inside.
Includes dismantled VW engine with two
sets of heads, requires total examination of crank etc. as reason for teardown
unknown.
Two boat stage fuselagesÂ… deemed to be quite dried out and coming apart in
areas as well as splitting visible on longerons.
One has center fore and aft
spars in place with wing attach fittings and bell cranks but discoloration on
outboard of spars
Two propellers
Various spars center and wing
two stabilizer and elevator frameworks and three complete horizontal
stabilizers and elevators
Various exhaust parts
One turtledeck, which doesnÂ’t quite fit either fuselage
One Gas tank and forward deck
One set of AS 5046 wings need finishing and are built with pink rigid R10 foam
One set of Fiberglass landing gear legs and front gear strut with oleo for
tricycle gear
One set of retractable original rand design landing gear for taildragger
configuration
One canopy plexiglass with broken edge on the back but is usable
One instrument panel blank
Various aluminium parts including some wing attach fittings (partially
finished) and partial hinges, flap handle, bolts, etc.
Assortment of foam included, has been in the open subject to light and appears
to be somewhat brittle
