Mark, as Jeff said, the military base is east of I-75.  I will have a pilots 
briefing to go over that area.  They just do not want you loitering over the 
depot, you can fly over it as long as you simply maintain legal altitudes over 
populated areas.  With that said, again they do not really want you flying 
circles over the nerve gas bunkers!!  In my pilot briefing I will bring it up 
forcefully...simply stay north/south of the airport and stay west of I-75 over 
all the unpopulated area and have all the fun flying you want.
