The AS504x airfoil info is at http://www.krnet.org/as504x/, along with a
link to coordinates and templates at the bottom. There's is no airfoil
template that has been scaled down to KR1 size (yet), so the simple way to
do it would be to reduce them by the correct percentage on a big copier like
they have at Kinko's, or print them scales on a plotter. The spar locations
would probably need to be redrawn, and that could be done by hand on the
plots pretty simply, by simply knowing the depth of the spars and drawing
them in parallel to the KR2S spars, but moved to correspond with the KR1
spar locations (or depth). All three versions will improve speed and
efficiency about the same amount. Read the instructions to decide which is
best for you, but for new construction, the 18% root tapering to 15% tip
would be my choice, which is called the AS5048/45 on the download page.

Now that I've read that page again for the first time in several years,
there are a lot of warnings regarding "untested" templates, which certainly
isn't correct now, that I need to fix. They definitely work, and no nasty
habits have been reported, as expected. Looks like the naysayers were wrong
again...
