For those of you wishing to reply only to the individual who posted the email, you can also look at the top of your email in the "details" area and you should see the email address of the originator. Hopefully it is in the form of a "hyperlink", then it should be as easy as right clicking on the address and selecting "send mail" from the menu that opens up.
